First order with Flexpress. So impressed with the quality of the finished product and the staff who were excellent and happy to speak with customers on the phone as opposed to emails which makes a big difference. The customer service from Flexpress is way beyond what I expected. They have just printed a hardback book for me and I am very pleased and will use again. All staff fantastic and can't do enough for you. Rare find these days!  The images below were taken during the printing process.

Used Flexpress for the first time in September 2023, to print 100 fliers and 500 leaflets. Very pleased with the high quality. Staff were helpful and efficient: really prompt service, from the moment I asked for a quote, through all the many queries I had on the way to the finished product. Emma and Marcus were my contacts, explained things well and were quick to respond. It feels like such a good company, with all staff I came across helpful and friendly, including when I picked the order up at the collection point. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Highly recommendable!

The team at Flexpress went above and beyond to help me. They took time to explain the process and stepped in when I became overwhelmed with the time pressure for a job that was new to me. I know I will use them for all my future work going forward and feel so thankful that they met my needs with care.  Thank you again to a wonderful team!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will not be using them again. Told when I called that my order was too small, therefore I didn't deserve a call from them to let me know of a problem with my artwork.  A response to your reply. I was told on the phone that if I missed the email at no point would you further contact or call me because the order was too small. I am able to correct the simple fault and have done so. I have chosen to use a print service which has considerably better customer service than you.

Used this company for the first time after ordering a sample pack that arrived very quickly.  A huge shoutout to Jack pre-press specialist who was incredibly helpful and patient, going above and beyond to help me sort out any problems I had with the artwork which were a few!. Exceptional customer service and the business cards look great, will definitely be back for any further business stationary.

Honestly I can't speak highly enough of these guys!!! After an absolutely shocking experience with another company I was searching for a replacement manufacturer. At first I only signed up to see the options available as I was concerned incase it was the same as previously. I received a test booklet with all materials and weights so I could see the quality of materials and make an informed choice. I was contacted by  Steve who went through everything with me, checking my files and artwork before I'd even bought anything. Between Steve and Jack the service has been absolutely outstanding!!! Checking every little thing, making sure my product was absolutely perfect before it even went to print. I hold my hands up I'm hard to please, honestly I have never been so happy with a company,  from start to finish and even after when placing extra orders they have been amazing. And the completion times are so short!! Absolutely amazing customer service with perfect quality products! Pride of their work clearly shows!! Honestly I cannot thank them enough!!! If your having anything printed give these guys a try, you won't regret it!!!

Excellent quality from this friendly and helpful printer. They really did check the document carefully and double-checked issues with me before printing – it's very unusual to find this professionalism, and I was very impressed with it. One star off – perhaps unfairly – because they use a courier service that is pretty rubbish and which has many, many one-star reviews to prove it, so we ended up with delivery four days later than we were expecting. Would definitely use Flexpress again – I'm 100% happy with their work – but because of the courier issue I'd be nervous about using them for something that needed a fast turnaround on a deadline.

Absolutely Superb and efficient service. We Needed Some business cards on the hurry up for an exhibition. Bruce and the rest of the team were absolutely superb, helpful and professional. The end result Flexpress produced our business cards next day, fantastic quality and even our customers commented on how nice our cards looked. Really pleased and will continue to use Flexpress as their end products and commitment to customer service is simply the best.

I was very impressed with Flexpress. They were helpful and understanding with the problems I had getting the book right. And the result was a first class product.
