Nice spot, friendly and good service and a great pint of black. Nice customers an' some not so nice, just keep out of their way. Live music available see diary always very lively and fun. The jukebox is available some nights. See ya soon.
This is a traditional pub, no fancy stuff!!! Do you want a Sunday lunch or a bistro style dinner with your drink..... well go somewhere else. This is where you go if you want to have a pint and watch the match with a packet of bacon fries!!! Friendly staff and reasonably priced drink in a shabby chic pub.
I mean all you have to do is look at the place before even going in, to know what to expect. Dodgy auld den alright. I remember when I was last here, I went to use the toilet, and a man jumped out and said to me, .. Ah no man, I’ll be quick.. He went into the cubicle a snorted a big line of cocaine right in front of me, then left and went back to the bar. True story
Terrible. No visible redeeming features other than the availability of beer. A slightly grubby room straight out of the 1970s. Ryans may be OK for a few regulars who like the horse racing that they show but it has an air if being stuck in a neglected time warp I.'m in my 50s and the friends I met there are older than me: we all thought the place was an aul'fellas pub, so go figure.
A locals only place really. The bar maid was very friendly and nice but the others drinking in there were a bit intimidating like a fight could kick off any minute. It's also quite dark and drab inside.
Great, cheap, large bar, good for work gatherings if people are not willing to head to the city centre etc. No food served though, which would be nice.
Great live entertainment on Saturday night. Plenty of fun here. Fabulous friendly staff.
Mid-sized pub with nice seating. Ample parking space and close to Windy arbour luas stop for easy commute.
Ryan’s bar is the reason I love ireland so much, great staff, atmosphere and most importantly delicious beer.
