We bought some floor tiles here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended a tiler to lay the tiles and he came round, gave us a quote and we agreed to let him do the job. On the morning the tiler was due he texted to say his van had broken down. We heard no more from him despite many calls to his mobile. On contacting Ruthin Decor we found out that this was something he had done to a previous customer; so why did they recommend him and rate him so highly? We are left with a downstairs cloakroom from which we had the toilet removed to make the job easier. My wife has limited mobility and now has to go up and down stairs every time she needs the toilet. This information has been left on the tilers answer phone but he has not had the courtesy to get in touch.
If you buy tiles here you will get good service, but be careful who they recommend to lay them.

Excellent selection of tiles and brilliant friendly service. So lucky to have a shop like this in Ruthin.
