Nice clothes, expensive but reasonable sale reductions. Staff are rude and arrogant, unapproachable. They were just chatting to each other, avoiding g eyes contact  and overheard them making disparaging remarks about customers. Will not go back

Excellent service, great staff and good range of quality brand items for a local store. Todays Xmas gift purchase (a Kipling bag) came with a specially wrapped gift box, tissue paper, gift bow - all free of charge! (see photo) - a very personal 1:1 service not available online or in major high street chains!

Rude Rude Rude. The staff grin like Cheshire cats whilst being bitchy. I have never been subjected to  such appalling service.will not be returning!

Russell Smith has a lot going for it because of its wide selection of fashion and accessories.  However, they seriously need to invest in a Window Display Artist as their window displays do not look very professional.  It needs to be more vibrant!  As for inside the shop – too difficult to walk around comfortably as there is too much of the same designs on the many rails.  Come on Russell Smith lets move into the 21st century! Had a bad experience in the lingerie department one day, uncalled for bitchiness., all done in the sweetest manner.  Won't be visiting that department any time soon.

Poor customer service. Brought from the underwear department and was not able to get a refund when needed. For an independent store in a small town like Felixstowe, I would expect the staff to do as much as possible for their customers. This is not the case and was very disappointed. Will not be returning.
