Helpful staff, but only a limited selection of books and can be a bit noisy at times.
Wide range of services and books available. Lots of events for the community too. I come here to study and it's perfect for that too - not silent which I wouldn't expect it to be, but just thought I'd mention in case anyone else needs silence to study! - but there is space to work and you can get on without being disturbed.
Such a lovely team delivering great customer service! A shout out to Rob who took the time, 10 minutes before closing, to help find a particular book that I was interested in borrowing. Thank you so much
Really lovely staff. We went with my 3 month old for rhyme and bounce. Had a great time
I have just used the Amazon return service available at Rushden library. The staff were great and helped walk me through the process. A great example of how local libraries are changing and expanding their services to stay relevant and helpful to the local community. The staff at the Rushden Library are fantastic and have made me feel welcome on every visit.
