Not impressed with my hair cut at all. Asked for long layers on a bob and ended up getting my hair all short at the back which looks awful and a nightmare to style as got wavey hair. Have been growing it out and cannot believe how bad it looks at the back. Should have gone with my gut feeling when I first went in. Offered a discount on the phone but it wasn't honoured.

They were super nice and welcoming, offered beverages and tea refills and tried to make you comfortable. However my stylist, David, took a look at my hair texture and should have realized that it is very springy and wavy when natural. I let him know that I never blow dry my hair and prefer it to be natural, and for some reason he decided to straighten my hair and THEN cut it to my shoulder, the length I requested. It looked great, but when I got home and showered the day after my hair was way shorter than what I wanted bc my hair isn't straight and it springs up to look shorter. I had grown my hair for one and half years and now it's practically back to what it was before! I am devastated. Also, there is a section of my hair that is way shorter than the rest of my hair and it's driving me crazy. I don't mean to throw anyone under the bus, but David doesn't seem like the most skilled hairdresser at Rush. Overall, it was a great experience and welcoming, but I'm not happy with my hair.

Had an awful haircut with Victoria who was covering from Tunbridge wells. I was the 2nd haircut of hers today that needed fixing. It was a complete mess! The man that fixed the cut was very nice but the girl behind the till still wanted to charge me!

Lou did my wedding hair and it was absolutely amazing. All the girls looked after me so well, going above and beyond by helping me into my wedding dress and my hair held up all day and night. Highly recommended.
