The boutique is beautiful and the ladies are extremely nice! Honestly there was nothing to complain about BUT after paying 105€ for a dipping powder for my nails and feet. It makes no sense for them to already be breaking and falling apart after just 10 days of getting them done so am extremely disappointed. I have gotten dipping powders done everywhere in Florida and they always last 3 weeks minimum.Service: Dip powder

The worse manicure experience I’ve ever had in my whole life!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a booking but when I arrived, the 2vietnamese ladies had no idea about my booking. One tried to send me away by saying “no time, occupe” but I kept telling her “i have booked” so she finally have me seated. The lady was so rough the way she worked. Made me felt uncomfortable and tense the whole time she was dealing with my nails. Then, 2 other girls came in, and once again the staff were not aware of their booking, and they said they could only wait 10mins. At that point, the nailist started to rush even more and right away she cut so deep and bleed came right out!!!!!! She had no knowledge about hygiene as the only thing she poured on my wound was the nail polish remover!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had to ask for alcohol for sanitizing, it was then she went to get it. While it was still bleeding a lot, she asked me to choose the nail polish colour. I was still in pain and blood was still coming out. She didn’t care at all and asked me 3 times “what colour?” In the next 2 minutes! I said I want to stop the bleeding first before I choose the colour, then the only thing she responded was to ask me to pay €25 first as she will need to serve the 2girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so upset and said this service is unacceptable! She kept blaming it on me saying because my nail is damaged! What do my “damaged nails” has to do with you cutting my cuticle open!!!!?????? Terrible experience! Unprofessional and horrible customer service! Whoever owns this shop, please train your staff for the safety and service your customers deserve!

Elles m’ont défoncé les ongles avec une ponceuse alors que je sais très bien que l’on peut faire une dépose sans abîmer l’ongle à ce point! Je n’en ai même plus !
