I was very doubtful wether I should trust this beauty clinic or not at first. Because last time when I went for waxing to another place in West Bromwich, they burnt my skin.  I would definitely suggest Rupi’s hair and skin-care centre for any beauty treatments. The staff was very kind to my skin and I’m very happy with the results. Lovepreet has done my waxing and she was very generous and good with my skin. The temperature and pressure was so perfect. I might be a regular visitor for this beauty clinic in future as well.  Thanks to Rupi’s. Please keep doing this great, generous and talented work.

Didn’t book an appointment and walked in for a service a lovely woman named Lovpreet attended to me. She was very quick and accommodating asked me vital questions e.g. if the temperature was ok, which you would think was basic but i have never been asked that before and i’ve been going there for years, left very happy. So thanks again x

I have been coming to Rupis for the last 18 years! Very happy with all their treatments over the years. All the staff are very professional & friendly. Lovely set up too. I feel like they are my family. Easy nearby parking facilities. Do give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you.

I've been visiting Rupi's for many years and have recently had the Microdermabrasion and Dermalogica facial's as I  have recently started to get breakouts. I have spent a fortune on various high branded skin care products to try and clear my skin but nothing has worked and my skin just kept getting worse over time. I am pleased to say following a six session facial course with Rupi, my skin feels looks a lot clearer and smoother. Also, Rupi has given me the best advice by stopping a lot of the unnecessary products I was using which was clogging my skin and causing breakouts. I am a very happy customer as I've also saved a lot of money! These facial's do come with a high price tag, however with the results I have received I don't hold any complaints. I believe its money well spent. I would like to finally add that the staff is also very polite and helpful.
