I had an issue with my hair about three months ago and I walked into here. About three women at this place fixed it! The staff were so friendly and kind. I’d absolutely go here again. Elaine, Leanne and the other women are amazing.

Had a hair cut here couple of weeks ago now and it was the worst I ever had. I did ask for layers but I got a choppy cut with chopped layers I have to tie hair bak every day now it’s that bad. Never again would I use this salon and would not recommend.

I walked IN very nervous, worrying they wouldn't get the colour I wanted. I then walked OUT so so happy with the outcome. My god, Elaine and Leanne were fantastic. They are hands down the best I've been too. They got the colour spot on, and cut and blow dry to fix what ever mess I had before. Happy to have paid the amount I did, was definately worth it. Really appreciated the effort that Leanne put in, and Elaine kept coming to have a check which really reassured me during the whole process. I hope they are as happy as I am. Thank you ladies so much. I have definately found my new salon and will be returning as soon as I can. I don't normally write reviews but for this I had to - over the moon. Thanks again.  H x

Luvly staff, Leanne done a great job of my colour , I was feeling so down about my hair colour was orange instead of blonde , but Leanne worked her magic . I am so happy with the colour & Elaine done  a great job cutting my hair . Always  make you feel welcome. Highly recommend The Beauty Box wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks ladies for making me feel so much better about my hair.

I made a massive mistake to cut my daughters hair here. She completely ruined her hair and now she looks like a joke. Even at the start she didn’t know what to do and she wasn’t admitting it. It would’ve been better if she told me she didn’t know how to do it. Plus she took 25 pounds for that horrible cut.i would never recommend this to anyone else. I’d give no stars if I could but unfortunately that doesn’t work..

Lovely pamper morning  started with nails, done very professionally then facial again very professional and wonderfully relaxing then hair washed and blow dry to put icing on the cake. All was very professionally by lovely friendly staff I will definitely be back

Best haircut in Birmingham, has never messes up my hair, and have always walked out feeling a million dollars, high recommend this hairdressers xx
