I had a terrible online shopping experience with this supposedly a designer brand. I ordered Aga with a size 39. They sent me a size 36, totally different style. This is a full price item, not a cheap pair of shoes, how could they be so careless?! I mailed the wrong shoes back last week with the return label they provided and up till now I have not gotten my refund. I shop online a lot and have never experienced such a terrible service. Even when I order from Taobao they won’t commit such a rookie mistake. The online fulfilment team should be fired.
I like the staff here, they're so polite and helpful, from the lady in the shop to the ladies and gentlemen upstairs too. They sell lovely footwear. Worth paying a visit. Their new address is 61 Great Portland Street W1.

I visited the store today and I had a amazing experience beautiful shoes and they are so comfortable I will recommend this brand to any lady's that want beautiful shoes with comfort.
Looks great from outside but shop was closed at 5.40pm!
A very nice shoe store. I didn't buy anything this time, but I regret that I shouldn't have, so I definitely want to buy it next time. The store clerk was kind and let me try on many items.
