Called into the Hogan shop on Sloane Street today.  Shockingly poor service. Assistants who think themselves superior to their clientele. One of them had to force himself to serve me, the other two didn’t bother looking up. No wonder shop empty.  By contrast, Tods staff much more friendly and helpful.  Don’t waste your time with Hogan!!

Good experience as the service was quick, knowledgeable and exceptionally polite and good mannered. Have the assistant managers card and will shop there again.

I ordered sneakers from Hogan 2 weeks ago.  Last week I received an update that I have to pay £50 import fee in order to get my purchase! I called  Hogan and was told this is misunderstanding because of Brexit and they will cover the amount. However, the fee remained outstanding and today the delivery company told me they will re-send the parcel back to the sender. I called again Hogan please NOTE I spent 3 hours on hold and dealing with customer service, logistic companies, opening accounts to be able to manage the delivery etc. to understand that at the end I "kindly" have to pay the fee and they will "just reimburse" the money....  interesting approuach! People are not awere of any of this when go to the company`s website in the UK and buy products within the UK! So, be careful when purchase from HOGAN as you may be surprised with additional fees on top of the price of the product!....Last update: 3 weeks after my purchase I don't have the sneakers they haven't been delivered and most importantly my money haven't been refunded yet!

So I ordered a pair of Hogan shoes back in January 2021. Hogan sent 2 pairs so I could try the size on one of the pairs they got stoped by customs and I was asked to pay the import tax- Hogan told me not to do this and not to accept the shoes so I never received them- It then took 5 weeks to get a refund and some 6 months after this I get a debt collection letter today asking me to pay the tax even though I never recieved these and Hogan said they would pay it. I am now 3 hours in to sorting this and having lots of hassle- I will never buy from Hogan or the Tods group again- this should be a luxury brand! I am now in the process of recovering the money in court.

Never in all my years of shopping online and I started shopping online ahead of the curve have I had such a poor performance from a website or the retailer that it represents. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a pair of shoes in my size. Wrong size sent. Want to exchange but after trying for days to add the next size down to my bag but instead after having continuously been told that the website is being udated, or the website just being unresponsive, finally when it does work this size is no longer in stock. What’s worse is that the website then tells me that this size is available, but then is unresponsive again and when it responds the size is no longer available. The store in Sloane street does not accept returns of faulty goods, and instead I have had to leave my shoes with the people there for them to be sent to Italy to be examined despite the fact that they are clearly faulty. Terrible customer service.

This store should open on Sundays.  Lost my business as I wanted to buy and only had Sunday

Worse service I have ever seen ftom a very well known Italian Shoe Boutique, they need to train their staff well before employing them. Hogan Dhoes to take to show cobbler for a minor job takes 8 days

Super friendly people and the store is owned by Tods. Great, fun shoes from sporty to office casual. Stop in and take a look; i wasn't sure what we'd find but was worth the visit.

Great Italian quality sneakers. I buy all my shoes from here.
