You need to teach your drivers how to open and close van doors properly

Awful place....avoid like the plague. Booked the van for one day and unfortunately was delayed so took the truck back late.  However during this time, we reversed the truck into a parked car, smashing the tail light. There was no damage to the truck. When discussing with the owner of the parked car, he told us he was friends with the owner of the company and would speak to him, although initially said he would accept cash as reimbursement.  Fast forward to returning the truck, they blocked our car in the yard and refused to allow us to drive away unless we paid an additional day which was expected as we were late, but not in addition to keeping the deposit. They say theyll pay for the taillight with this and give us back the difference.  Isnt this what the insurance is for ? Can they legally block our property in ransom for payment ? I will be taking this further and have sought legal advice.  Seriously....do not use these guys for any reason. Sadly couldn't give zero stars.

Driver was driving with a two foot of my girlfriend car with kids in it. Above the speed limit in a 50 mph zone .down load rear camera and going to post on facebook and send a copy to the vosa and police drive like that kiss family and  don't care  sadly I have to give them one star so I can post this

Van hire with no vans to hire

Haven't got a clue never been there,

Very professional company and friendly and efficient staff

Atrocious company. Wouldn't touch them with a ten foot barge pole.
