My husband and I have been private patients for many years, spending several thousands of pounds on various treatments.nSince the splitting of the two practices, we have been extremely disappointed with the level of care.nFinancial considerations seem to dominate. Treatments that could be done in one appointment are spread over several and a sizeable deposit is expected upfront for each even if the treatment is scheduled for weeks in advance.nA 30 minute checkup lasting less than 5 mins was charged in full.nA follow up 30 min appointment at the clinic next door  lasted less than 10 minutes, including x rays, and was charged in full.nI was left in pain for more than 2 weeks as the antibiotics prescribed did not clear the infection.nI requested another appointment as a matter of high importance due to consistant pain, but was offered the same date as my original appointment 8 days later.nI went to the “My Dentist” surgery on Countisbury Avenue where I was offered an immediate consultation and appointment to deal with the issue. The infection was still there 2 weeks on. I had an extraction rather than the prolonged treatment plan offered at Rumney Hill and will now have a dental  implant.nThe receptionists at Rumney Hill were always very caring and obliging, and I cannot fault their efforts.nThe reception staff at My Dentist  are equally impressive, the difference between the surgeries being the provision of speedy clinical care and the want to ensure patients are free from pain.nWe have transferred to My Dentist  slightly cheaper by the way and I have been delighted by the most caring and empathetic approach of all the staff,

I have been a patient here now for treatment with Dr Bartley for a couple of years. Fantastic treatment, very professional surgery who are always courteous, polite and importantly, treated me with respect. In addition, their explanations are always clear and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you all the team there.

Exceptional level of service from reception to the dental work itself.  Arguably one of the best practices in the region. I’d honestly ignore the negative reviews as some can be demanding and blame the world for anything.nnI have no vested interest in saying a practice is good for the sake of it. My numerous visits have been extremely well received.nnWell done all involved.

Very happy with my experience here today. All staff very friendly and welcoming. To say I'm nervous of the dentist is an understatement and Miles and his assistant were very understanding and helped to reassure me. Not quite as scared to come back!nnEdit: Also need to add that Saeed the hygeinist and his assistant are incredible. I have never been able to sit through a hygeinist appointment in my life, and he was very patient and understanding with me. Took everything slowly and gently and am so happy that I have finally been able to get some plaque off my teeth. I couldn't recommend him more strongly as a nervous patient.

Brilliant dental practice due to no one in my area being able to complete the work I needed I travelled over a hour and had the treatment I required with Andrew Bartley.nVery professional service from Andrew and the rest of the staff.nThank you!
