Lovely area for babies to play, great food options for when you're weaning. Would be great if the rule about under threes in the baby area was more strictly enforced - can be a bit worrying when big kids are stomping round your baby's head! Overall a great place to take babies or meet up with other mums

Rugrats is my favourite soft play to take my little boy too. My only gripe is quite often there are a number of children older than 3 in the under 3 section. My son is quite quiet an has been knocked over a few times whilst trying to play but I must say it's getting better recently with staff telling the older ones to not play there.

Some staff have no idea about safety of the children. My little one hurt her face after a tray on a high chair was broken and hit her in the face. They just didnt care. Lost my accident form. Just awful. Before this I loved it there but new staff just ruined it. Will never return.

Had a party here for our 2 yo. We had a party hut, face painting, a fab selection of party food for the children and delicious hot food and sarnies for the adults. The staff were very accomadating, friendly and professional. Exceptional value for money and highly recommended!!

My Autistic son's was chased out the junior area when all he was doing was sitting in a corner looking at the pretty lights. My eldest son was sitting with him. He has a mental age of three and finds the older section too busy and upsetting. The woman at the counter shouted at them to get out the area as he looked too old. I can understand if he was jumping around or being too active but as his autistic he just sits quietly  wen I tried to talk to her to explain she just shouted me down and I had to remove him. Disgusted. Am I not to take my other two boys cause I can't take my youngest too play? Won't ever go back ever again. I was told to come back on a Tuesday afternoon ONCE a month on a 'disabled day'. I work, so because i cant go then i suppose im just supposed to stay away right?
