Banbury Quicksilver Complaint regarding the short female (young) manager with dark hair. On 4 out of 5 occasions she has been rude to me culminating into a horrendous experience today. The so called manager made several unfounded accusations against me. She said I was not entitled to play the free tournaments has I did not play the machines (which is false). I said I was a regular customer in Reading when I lived there and now I live in Banbury and she told me to go there instead! The machine for tournaments on at least two occasions have been non working (they have only two machines) and I inquired when it would be fixed to be told she does not fix the machines! I believe she has lied to me in the past about the machines not working (no sign present saying out of order) to prevent me from playing the free tournament. She said they cant afford to give out money to non players even though I have not even won a pound from any of the tournaments. Her colleague a young black chap has always been very warm and friendly even remembering my name and offering me a drink so it is the manager I believe is misrepresenting your company in this store. She told me not to come back again. Trust me I won't be - I go to your stores for fun not to be treated badly and in a rude manner. I'm extreming upset at her behavior and unprofessional manner towards me today. If you would like further info please do email me. I thought you should know - maybe disciplinary action needs to be taken against her or demotion as she is not fit to be a manager.
