Turned up to get replacement tyres as the current ones were smooth as race tyres on the inside and one of the lads told me they were brand new an sent me on my merry little way, he must have gone to Hagley. Terrible service

I had a puncture and know nothing about tyres. They could have told me that I needed a new or used tyre but insisted that my tyre had plenty of tread and that they could fix the puncture. This cost me a quarter of a used tyre. Very honest and professional Thank you Rugeley Tyres

Ordered two new tyres for my pick up went nexst morning to be told they sent snow tyres you que up for ages they new what tyres i wanted people jump que place is to small to park as work staff park infront had refund wont use them again
