Not only is this the best India around. It is run by a group of genuinely kind hearted gentlemen. When I was dropping over to pick up take away and my car broke down they went above and beyond to cater for me including letting me leave my car in a safe location until the AA could come. Thanks chaps!

Interesting Indian restaurant. Nice decor and ambience. First impression is that the menu is quite expensive but the overall bill at the end of the night was very reasonable. Service was good and the food was excellent. Would definitely visit again.

I have been to Ruby several times, with my wife or with friends. The food and service is consistently fantastic. Even if I am away from Hertford, I never go to any other Indian restaurant because I know there will be no comparison.
Lovely food and great staff
Absolutely lovely meal for all 5 of us and the owner is a superb host. So welcoming and stops to talk to everyone in restaurant and bar. Cant wait for the next meal there.
