As first time buyers we are very glad to have chosen Rubin Lewis O’Brien as our conveyancer. Juliet and Georgia have been the friendliest, most hard-working team. They both kept us up to date on each step of the process and were very efficient with everything; we never felt in the dark with anything and any questions we had were answered quickly. They worked hard to get us in our home before Christmas, even in the current climate. Myself and my partner are very satisfied customers and would recommend Juliet over and over again.

Having recently gone through the loss of our mother I can honestly say I had no idea what being an Executor actually involves!! The complexity involved in winding up an Estate and dealing with the Probate, especially when other beneficiaries live some distance away in our case overseas! is particularly difficult.  As appointed Executors for our mother’s Will, Damian and Danielle dealt with the phenomenal amount of paperwork, time consuming calls to utility suppliers, government departments and sorting out outstanding bills while we were able to cope with the emotional upset of losing our beloved mother. I am so incredibly grateful that I did not have to manage all this administration on top of everything else, and I really cannot thank the RLO team enough – you were a godsend at a particularly difficult time.

Slowest conveyancing team I have used. Matter was quoted to take 6-8 weeks. Took 18 weeks to complete with no reasoning for the delay. Also lost paperwork that I handed in in person.

This firm represented the vendor of a property I was buying. I found them slow to respond to queries, taking around 2 weeks for the most basic of items, and then when difficult questions were asked they became rude, threatening and aggressive on email. Whilst they may be no slower that your average conveyancer, the tone of communication was substantially worse.

The whole experience was just awful and so distressing. We we're unfortunate to have to use rubin and Lewis after a loss to help with wills and probate and sale of property, I was treated horribly! Mostly ignored, having to chase up information weekly to be told they we're either "off sick" or on annual leave this went on for over a year and a half! Lauren Cole was our only helpful solicitor she was fantastic and done exactly what was needed at the start but then we had to be directed to another solicitor due to her maternity leave and it fell apart from there. I regret wholeheartedly using this company with such a sensitive matter and wish I went elsewhere. The service was so poor I was not charged for the last 6 months service they did didn't provide. Will never use them again and I would never recommend to anyone. 18 months later and it's finally over. Shocking

Such a poor serviceal always full of excuses and still not resolved . I would not recommend this firm of solicitors to anyone!

Well last year I gave a 5 star review as the service up until that point had been perfect. However since Christmas time  I have personally seen a decline in quality service and in fact I contacted the office to spk with my solicitor to be abruptly told my solicitor no longer works there and couldn't get any indication as to who's in charge of my caseload now or even having trouble locating any of my documents and a fortnight been waiting for someone to let me know what's going on. Disgraceful way to treat clients to be perfectly honest.

Juliet and her team provided an excellent conveyancing service when buying my first home. Would highly recommend.

We needed an independent solicitor to witness a signature.  No problem booking a slot. Friendly and efficient service.
