Lovely well kept building, ample parking. Great service from friendly staff

Terrible.
Contracts were drawn up with the wrong name on not once, but three times and the fourth was ammended in pencil.

The solicitor dragged her heels so much, requesting the same information multiple times that the seller of the house died. We then had to go through probate. This was 3 months after we started the process.

They caused us direct monetary losses when the seller offered us the contents of the house, which we accepted, only to receive an email over a month later informing us that the British Heart Foundation had been given access to the house and had taken all the furniture we had accepted and was to be ours. This is because the solicitor never passed on the email to the seller’s solicitor.

I tried to complain to ‘’Morris” whom never returned my call. I received a call later that day from the solicitor i’d been dealing with asking why i complained about her! Height of unprofessionalism.

We were also sent an entire pack of information that WAS NOT OURS. This was in direct infringement of the Data Protection Act. 

DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR!!!

They refused to give my estate agent the name of the solicitor dealing with my case and almost lost my property and had to speak to three different people to get anywhere. I rang to complain and got Morris who was extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me I would receive a complaints form which I never got and told me I would be better instructing another solicitor instead of complaining. DO NOT USE
