I can't rave enough about the salon and the people. Having been let down drastically by my previous hairdresser (for my wedding no less!) I pitched up at Rubies and explained that in 8 weeks time I was getting married and now my hairdresser had booked a holiday on my wedding day. Milly and Margaret calmly took control and matched my colour perfectly. With only one practise for both me and my bridesmaid we both had the exact style we envisaged for the day. Margaret came to the hotel and not only did our hair but helped me get into my dress!! These ladies go way beyond the extra mile and I certainly won't be going back to previous place (even though I received a message asking when I wanted next appointment - seriously!?) Only 5 stars? Need at least a million xxxxxx
