We have got two computers in our house configured and build by Ryan - my son's 'Gaming machine' and a desktop which Ryan build exactly to my husband's and my needs. Both units do exactly what we wished for and are designed for future expansion. I love the fact that Ryan takes great care to understand what we need which means an excellent cost/value balance. Quick very professional support for new build and any issues or requests afterwards - in content and service hours! Great value for people who don't have the time or passion to become experts, but don't want to put their 'digital wellbeing' into the hands of the superstores....

I had a problem with a laptop that would not boot up. Did a Google search for local computer repairers. RTS were the only one to actually answer a phone and talk to me. Spoke to Ryan on the Thursday, gave me a rough estimate. Dropped it in with him Friday lunch. Ready Saturday lunch. Price was well within the estimate given. Would definitely use again.

Polite and friendly. Knowledgable staff and a fast turnaround of desktop, laptops and tablet computers. Offer a callout service. Very reasonable prices. Offering service to home users and businesses.
