Nice big place. Not as big as the Grimsby place. But definitely better access. Even better was my disabled partner needed the toilet even though they didn't have public toilets, they allowed her to use their own toilet, couldn't thbak them enough for that. Shame they didn't have the furniture section we actually went for.

Why are you always closed at 3.45 on a Sunday? I've tried popping a few times on a Sunday for a last minute thing and all the barriers are down?
I have shopped in the brigg store since it opened and have never had any problems until today. I went in with my son and realised I'd left my wallet in the car so I went back to fetch it while my son carried on shopping. Only on returning into the shop to rejoin him I felt I was being watched by 3 members off staff, I mentioned this to my son and then we noticed they was following me around the shop suspecting I was shoplifting, this made me feel very angry and upset so I decided to leave my basket in the aisle and went back to my car. My son stayed and purchased his legso sets which he wanted and as he was at the tills he heard the staff talking about me saying did he get anything, not that time but don't know about the first time FETCHING MY WALLET FROM THE CAR, I feel so dissatisfied with the way they acted and suspected, I will never go back into that store again they made it quite obvious what they was doing and having worked in retail it was very unprofessional behaviour and very uncomfortable for me. So disappointed and degrading the staff here obviously need to be trained better.
A good place to be on a cold day nice and warm not too many people in shopping, plenty of stock on the shelves and staff on the tills
