Great estuary although best for bird watching in other seasons we still saw a good variety when we went on a July afternoon. Nice big bird hide to view from. Path along carnsew road is narrow and the road is busy so be careful while walking.

No matter what the season or weather there’s always peace to be found in this beautiful natural spot in the west of Cornwall. Walks and nature at its best.

Beautiful spot, plenty to see

Beautiful walk, stunning stretch of beach, got Hayle beach just down the road, 7 miles of sandy beaches, local shops, cafes and pubs, plus so many pasty shops, a fun day out

Great place to visit for a walk and to birdwatch. Finally saw a spoonbill which made my day here.
