I have received excellent service from this company! Special mention to Lauren Savage, who managed to get my car booked in and seen to within the same day I contacted them for the first time. Work was done to a high standard and they provided excellent communication throughout. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs prompt, honest service to a high standard.
Had my bmw 4 series in for a few issues. Lauren was very helpful throughout the process, even brought me into the workshop to explain some of the issues and what they was doing to overcome them. I was supplied a courtesy car at no extra cost. Overall great customer service will be using them from now on.
What a great an friendly atmosphere from Lauren today as usual. The mechanics and workshop are great. I’ve used them 3 times this year for different vehicles and always excellent service.nHappy as my car also passed its MOT there today.nI will be back.nThank you and keep it up.
I will be recommending this garage to friends and family. I prefer independent garages to main dealers, and RS Autotechnik is a prime example of why. I spoke to Lauren discussing what my car needed and she got back to me promptly with prices and availability. Lauren and other staff members worked to a high standard and helped answer all of my questions. There was no forcing or pressure for additional Sales, only recommendations for work that was overdue. I waited in reception while the work was carried out on my car, a courtesy car was available if i needed it but I decided to wait. Lauren made me a drink on arrival, with a drinks coffee machine and biscuits, sweets complimentary also available for customers in the reception; free WiFi is also available. I wanted to take my car to a garage who care and charge sensible prices for excellent service, not like the main stealer dealers. Though I'm not local to the garage, I will definitely be using them again for all work on my vehicles in future because of the excellent service i received, cannot recommend them highly enough, thanks RS autotechnik!
I had an issue with my battery and took it in and the service was amazing, they not only fixed my battery problem but they cleaned my car, gave me an air freshener and even changed the time on my car clock to the correct time. It’s just the little things they’ve done to make my life easier. I would 100% recommend their services to others.
