Outstanding customer care. I had an emergency flat tire after an accident and needed a tire change. Even though I was told it was all booked up that day in service, they found time to help change the tire for me so I could get going. Grateful from the bottom of my heart for making my hard times better
Team were excellent from when I arrived at the KF centre. They were expecting my vehicle and took the keys off me upon my arrival and cracked on with my MOT. There was no dilly dallying with my car - straight on the test machine. I even asked where I could get a cup of coffee from whilst waiting - one of the team gave me directions close by where I could go. These guys were professional and friendly.
As close to reasonable prices as tyres get these days. They will mention things like wheel alignment, but if it's not out by much they'll be honest with you and not push it. All in all a very good garage with some decent chaps working there.

I managed to easily find telephone number for my local centre and phone was very quickly picked up. I had to get a non-standard battery changed quickly. They said they had one remaining in stock and could come in right away which I did. It was fitted for me and diagnostics run and tested. Plus some general advice about managing battery health for my mild hybrid Ford. This was so refreshing having been driven mad with frustration trying to get through to Halfords and having to deal with chat bots. Sometimes when it’s a bad day and car has broken down etc it’s infuriating not being able to just pick up the phone and speak to a real person, so fair play Kwikfit.
