My wife had an issue with her obscure PFAFF sewing machine, whereby the stitching was uneven when she used it. Rod at RP Sewing Machines was able to correct this issue very quickly. Within 24 hours the sewing machine was returned to us working smoothly.. Not only was the service good, the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended. Well done RP Sewing Machines!
