Tried to book an appointment on-line but couldn’t because the on- line service had been closed by the practice at lunchtime. Rang reception to book an appointment waited for ages in the queueing system to be told there were no appointments. This service is failing the local people that rely on it, there appears to be a total lack of care or compassion anywhere. Is it that costs have come before caring and the accountants have took over. I have witnessed the slow decline on what used to be a great service. Time to change those in-charge I think.
I made an appointment to see a Doctor / Nurse i had my consultation witj Natalia James. She was professional, caring and a lovely person.nI would like to thank all the staff today for exceptional service.nThank you.
I really want to say BIG THANK YOU to all memmber staff, they are always friendly, helpful and professional. Yes, it's not easy to book face-to-face appointment but online form is brilliant idea. My experience to being patient in this practice for almost 4 years is positive, fast reaction, good doctors, quick referrals if you need.
This new system where you can’t book an appointment either by phone , online or in person is pathetic. Once you fill in the online application you have to wait for someone to read through them all and then hopefully within 2 days if they then decide to offer you an appointment. I had breathing difficulties and had been advised by a 111 consultation that I needed a face to face consultation to get the best appropriate treatment.nThey couldn’t be sure if antibiotics or steroids or both.nHad no choice but to go to Oldham A & E who were outstanding and immediately admitted me to respiratory ward for immediate treatment. Thanks Royton family practice for ZERO patient care with your new supper duppa system. Needs scrapping asap,nWell done Royal Oldham Hospital
On line booking appointment system, what a treble system it is, I can never get to book an appointment, what the heck has happened to this place, if I run my business like the Royton Health & wellbeing Centre I'd be closed down in no time due to the lack of customers.nJust remember without your patients you too would be out of work.
