Brilliant for gift ideas, love the bath bombs & soaps. Something for everyone. Good range of kitchen equipment & storage solutions. The Christmas display is beautiful, I buy 2 new baubles every year from there & put 2 of my older ones in the charity box. The candles and wax melts are well worth a look at. X
Really lovely visit today. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice in all departments. Never seem to be disappointed with a visit to Roy's. Thankful for the free parking as city costs are sky high. Keep up the good work.
04.07.2022 Large department store, some are in different buildings. Haven't been for a while, they've had a re-branding. Contemporary signage and very clean store.
We absolutely love this store. We come to Norfolk twice a year and always make sure we come to Wroxham for a shopping at Roys. It has everything you could think of, and more, and I spend hours in there shopping as they have some really unusual things as well, that other stores don’t have. It’s a bit like John Lewis, but better and a lot more reasonably priced. I recently needed help with an order some make up that I bought when I was at the store and I wanted to order some more because it was so nice and also very difficult to get anywhere else so I phoned the store and spoke to a really lovely man called Luke. He was so helpful and sorted out my order without a problem and it arrived within two days, perfectly packed. He also happened to be the Manager. He didn’t pass me on to another member of staff to deal with it, he dealt with it all himself and was very caring and followed up my call. That is what I call excellent service, which is very rare today. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I really recommend a visit to Roys anytime you are in Norfolk.
You haven't been to Norfolk until you've been to Roy's! It is basically a village that has been turned into a shopping centre, and sells almost anything you could need, including classy cookware, a great toy shop, great supermarket, great selection of clothes and plentiful parking! Highly recommended!
Excellent selection of everything you could want. Beautiful Christmas decorations, very festive. I found some lovely dog cushions upstairs. Really good value for money.
We just popped in quickly so didn't look through whole store but it's a nice old fashioned department store. My husband was spoken to rather rudely by a staff member in men's department. Very patronising. I on the the other hand spoke to a lovely lady on the ground floor. Worth a visit.
Visited after seeing some shoes advertised on their website at a cheap price. Decided to go along as I don't mind visiting Wroxham as it is less than 12 an hour drive. They have a good sized car park, that is free for shoppers. The store wasn't overly busy and there is plenty of room for browsing. They have a good selection of items spread over 3 different stores. Whilst there are some bargains to be had, it seems that in general they are more expensive on a lot of none own brand items., With some being nearly double what they can be perchased for in Norwich city centre. Unfortunately, to top it off they never had or had hadthe advertised shoes , and not at the advertised price as their website had not been updated for some time. I had always considered Roy's to be a value store , but unfortunately this is seemingly no longer the case.
A fantastic choice of locally produced products, especially in the food department. The shop was very well presented and spotlessly clean. I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit.
Great place, loads on offer in the January sale, staff friendly, free parking, several separate stores close together. Lovely village location, lots of places to eat. I will be coming for my Xmas shopping
