Ordered wrong rod online. Took back to these guys who got on the phone to their customer services and sorted everything out. Nice guys and a great little shop. Got everything you need.

Cracking tackle shop with everything you will need. If it's advice your after look no further than Phil and Matty, they will certainly point you in the right direction. If they haven't got it in store they will order it in. Plus they make a half decent cuppa!!

I use the wroxham branch instead of the Norwich as I find that the staff are more helpful and offer a bit more of a personal touch with advice on tackle and local fishing venues .

Great customer service. always asked if I would like a tea or a coffee. Any product they don't have will order straight away, Can not fault the shop or staff👍
