Waited half an hour in the snow for a taxi that was supposed to be 5 minutes. Also didn’t pick up the phone to let me know if or when they were still coming. I’d give less but the website doesn’t physically allow me to.

We prebooked 2 taxis. One for 9pm New Years Eve and one for 1am New Years Day. The driver arrived on time at 9pm however did not understand English well and communication with him was difficult. Finally he realised he needed to use a Sat Nav to find our destination but struggled to follow the Sat Nav accurately. We arrived at our destination half an hour later. All was well. The reason we have given this company 2 stars is because the second prebooked taxi failed to arrive and no attempt was made to contact us to inform us of this change. We were very lucky that someone gave us a lift home, if not we would have been totally stranded.

Was quoted 25 and was charged 30. Despite being quoted 25 for the journey. When I called them to discuss it the person they tried to argue with me over it. Update - received an apologic phone call and said it was their error and will be charged the original quoted price of 25 (this apology is what has risen this from 2 stars to 3)
