King St branch has excellent quality sweets and fresh in nature. I have used it for years now and can attest on their quality.
The quality isn't what it used to be, everything taste like a watered down version from the original product, which was really disappointing. Won't be buying from royals ever again.
So much varieties and love that fresh sweets.
Good customer service. Nice mitai if you eat indian sweets.
Staff are not very welcoming. Some of the pre-packed items like Royal Rassomalai, Royal Rassogulla and Royal Gulabjam are available in Tesco and Asda with a slightly cheaper price than at the Royal Sweets store.
