Unbelievable.paid for next day delivery and the royal mail saying it's ready for delivery and should get it by 19,30 It's a joke. Paid for next day and before 12,30 and looked up the royal mail sorting office and it's closed for the day so won't be getting it I ended up losing a day's work waiting. Very poor service
Open 2 hours a day and that’s if you’re lucky they’ve shown up to work on that day as advertised. No contact number to check so you’ll be wasting your time off work trying to get a hold of this place. If you have a parcel to collect, have it re delivered and not waste your time getting it from this depot. Waste of time
I came according to the hours written on the door at 9.30 on Friday of course there was no one ... I understand that there are strikes but this is a mockery of customers !!!!!
The opening times change depending on staff availability without giving notice to costumers. So you can't rely on the info given on Google and when you turn up you may be standing in front of a closed door. Royal Mail sort your costumer service: we don't live in the eighties anymore, you should be able to give up-to-date information online.
Kept sending my post to the wrong address!! When I went into the delivery office to explain the Woman behind the counter was very rude and bordering on aggressive. The package was quite clearly marked with my correct address but was still delivered to the wrong address and this has happened several times in a short amount of time. They should read postage labels correctly before making delivery!! I'm now in the process of making a formal complaint but what can you do when the company you order from uses Royal Mail for their deliveries , if it was up to me I would use a different carrier. God help us!

Polite and efficient staff, the lady today was most helpful to everyone in the queue. Liking the 4 - 7pm opening/ collection time.
It's ok, staff are friendly. Opening hours are really weird at the moment so check before you set off that they will be open.
It's a bit of a hit and miss service all depends on the area you live
Rang the local Witney number to ask a question that could not be answered automatically. Was put through to national number and was holding on for just over 13 minutes before someone answered. How about giving a proper service where one can talk to a human being straight away?
