Absolutely outrageous service! 11 packages this month sent: 1st class signed for & 24hr guaranteed deliveries held back in this mail centre for over 9 days! absolute shambles! its time you sort out this! If i pay for service - i expect to receive service i paid for! and then RM has cheek to say i have to give 10 days as min before i can claim package delayed or lost, no compensation for such incidents - only offer 1st class stamps, which i do not use and never would seeing how poor your service is!
Total shambles. Waiting for a 24 hr tracked parcel purchased last week. Why is it just sitting at the damned mail centre in Springburn?
Royal Mail Glasgow is a good place to work or visit. It provides convenient parking, resting, working and recreational need of workers or visitors.
Horrifically bad Royalmail centre. My package has been stuck in Glasgow since last Friday. Got a email on Mon and Tues saying the package would be delivered in Northern Ireland. Didn’t arrive so checked the tracking and nearly a week latter is still stuck here. Does Royal Mail not honour their 48 hour delivery anymore? Pathetic excuse of a centre - clearly have a lack of staff or a lack of staff actually doing their job.
Poor service the amount of parcels I have had missing it’s shocking. Specials are supposed to be priority next day and they still don’t make it. Royal Mail are going down hill, RAPIDLY!!

I've not had any problems with this mail centre. Items delivered on time. Signed for. If I'm out, it's taken back to the local sorting office. I've used other companies and if your not in they just leave it on my door step if it doesn't go through the letter box. Lazy. If had items stolen from other couriers, but not with Royal Mail. They're more professional.
This number is not available and calls to the number will be charged - Royal Mail get it sorted we don't all have money to burn. Reverse number ID suggests it could be a scam number.
