I have been having problems with noise and have asked for help for four years now and am a pensioner living alone and it’s as if you don’t count because you are old they never phone to see how you are managing the situation don’t give a monkeys because they don’t have to live there
If your an owner occupier they aren't interested in helping or fixing any issues unless one of there tenants calls so stay friendly with your neighbour and have them call yet owners pay same factoring fees but they tell you straight we can't do anything coz u pay the same fees but you own it
I honestly don't know what to say about this housing yeah they have offered me housing but not in the best places I'm someone who has suffered alot throughout there life and I'm only 34 I have suffered all abuse you can think of I've lost my dad my step dad very close together I suffer from anxiety mental health and recently being diagnosed with chronic health conditions which is long term and won't get better it's only going to get progressively worse. What I don't get there's all these new developments happening but yet I'm not being considered maybe there's other people in my situation too that I truly feel for I feel that vunerabilility isn't taking into consideration when allocating housing . I truly give up with housing associations I'm stuck 3 floors up with no lift can't get up and downstairs and yet we're coming into another summer where I'm isolated in the house I'm putting weight on not getting out not able to visit my friends family etc And my family that I have all have health conditions from cancer to other things and they can't get to see me due to no lift in my building I've also suffered huge wait gain as I am constantly stuck in this 3rd floor flat can't get to shops can't get anywhere so I rely on home deliveries either fast food or groceries but half the time I get groceries delivered shelf life on food only 2 days so financial side of things isn't great and all due to my housing situation. I feel like I want to give up

I am sick to the back teeth with Thenue and Mears. I have been unfortunate to have a Mears joiner on three occasions he is as much a tradesman as I am a Brigadier in the Coldstream Guards. Thenue needs to end Mears contract and get a company the will get the Jobs done correctly.i
I totally agree with the rest of the comments, i have had on going issues with my house for 3yrs still not repaired properly. I have been decanted since Sept 2022" 6 half weeks in a Travelodge then in a flat and the work is still not as agreed. Just like the other commitments all they do is lie and try and cover up for each other.
I don't know where starts joke of place the way they treat there tenants is absolutely joke they lie to you. Tell you something then told different, pick choose when suites them. They try cover each other back the staff do. Loads more could say

My partner and I have been subtennants without any rights to remain in the property after living there for a year. We have become homeless and Thenue knowing that did not offer us any alternative accommodation either the right to remain in the flat. The communication with agents is drastically poor. We have experienced lack of professionalism: no reply to our emails, no solid explanation why we need to leave the flat or an option to reacommodate. We have been good subtennants, highly respected by other neighbours who were paying on time and no causing any problems. Thenue's vision states that they thrive to create better homes and stronger communities by making people happy. The way we have been treated wasn't in line with the vision, made us unhappy, without place to stay and separated us from Polish community.
Do not using this housing. Rude staff. Very unfriendly. Very very bad service they had. Don’t choose Thenue housing. Rubbish.
