I am only been twice there and it wasn't busy cause it was very early. Every time I was attended by a different woman and both of them we're efficient but not very friendly and a little bit rude...the rest was fine.

When In at 9:15 told not opening till 10 when the opening hours say 7:00 till 19:00

Just before Christmas, had to fetch parcel, but, there was a massive queue.... So had to go back next day..... It's really busy at Xmas time..!!
