Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever received.nnThe staff were far more concerned with giving poor excuses and complaining about the very establishment they work for than giving me any sort of explanation or apology.nnNot only was the service poor but the information that they did eventually give was either inaccurate or totally wrong. More than once the ‘advice’ they did give was contradicted by other members of staff or from the ‘customer service’ line that I had to wait over 30 mins for .nnAll in all, my advice would be to avoid having to deal with this branch at all costs. Not only to avoid your time being wasted but also to preserve some sort of sanity!
Painfully shocking! Missed parcel due to no one pushing the doorbell. Raised a complaint, no one got back to me. Called the Office... No answer! Probably worse than Evri which I didn't think it was humanly possibly
Because of a minor mistake in the post code, a parcel I am waiting for has been shuttled around three separate depots twice over the course of a week. This is due to automated systems having no human oversight and intervention to make a simple change. When the exact problem was reported by phone the operator said she was unable to make any alteration to information which begs the question what is she there for?
I had ordered an item from abroad. Hoped it would be here in time for Christmas.nRoyal Mail got it to me on Christmas Eve in perfect condition.nThankyou to all of the team
Ordered an item and when received the tracking information its was being delivered by Royal Mail. I thought no problem I’m used to them and had no complaints with them. The parcel was supposed to come on Friday it’s is now Sunday and nothing. When I checked tracking it said on Friday it was delivered and signed by them or someone in their service yet I still have not received anything. Address and everything was correct but they have directly not even attempted to deliver it and have tried to keep my parcel. Going through their customer service thing is an absolute joke and they need to sort that.
