It’s a shame you can’t put 0 star rating because 1 star is being very generous. I received a text message from Royal Mail staying that my parcel would be delivered between 8:30-12:30. I waited in all day for he parcel to arrive, which it finally did just after 5pm. However, the postman couldn’t find my address, because he couldn’t be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs, so I had to go out to him. As I went out to meet him, the wind blew my door shut, which caused me to be locked out of my property. Shocking service from Royal Mail.

Really poor service from RM in general. In all day and received email saying parcel had tried to be delivered and 'something for you' card left.....nothing. No knock, no card. Now have to chase for parcel. Paid for special next day delivery before 1st. Waste of money.

As rude as you can get Australian member of staff. I went to find out what happened to my parcel as postie didn't bother to put a sorry we missed you card as usual.

Able to collect on Saturdays and Sundays which is very helpful, friendly staff.

Collect my business post every day and never let me down! Post men and ladies are always cheerful and polite. Love working with you guys - had my business post collected by another office last year who were awful. This team are an absolute pleasure. Julia (CB)
