Staff on till need to be trained on customer service, arrived 3:45pm 23/22/25nnI asked for a simple amazon return, the lady didnt even get to say hello to me, the guy at the back shout we can't, its closed.with a very aggressive rude tone I asked what time does the post office close on Sunday, he replied its open from 8.30am but not idea when it closes!! Not even bother looking at me and just carried on with his work.nnThere was a short skinny middle edge lady and a bald head guy. Both need to be trained on some basic customer service skills. Will not be coming back to this place, no wonder it has 1 star rating
Post office staff , refusing to serve people. The closing time is 8 pm they close from 1:30 pm. and in the afternoon,one rude man from till staying between people and arguing like they don’t care. Waiting in queue in the morning, the lady from till just left and didn’t come back to the till because doesn’t know how to work with the machine/sistem, they refused to many times to top up electricity.They are very rude, kidding people and nobody care about what happened hire. I have more other to mention, it’s not first time. Shame for what they are trying to do in there , no service just lies.
AVOID. Always long queues, only ever one person working to then be told they are closing abruptly at 4.30 when closing time states 8pm. Shouldn’t be allowed to provide a service if they don’t have the resources to do so. Better off walking to the pond post office where you will get a quicker, friendlier service.
I arrived at this Post Office at 8:10am expecting it to be open, as the counter is clearly advertised as starting from 8:00am. Instead, it was closed. When I politely asked about this, a male member of staff shouted at me in front of others, saying he didn’t know when it would open “maybe 10am” and bluntly told me he was unwilling to help.nnNot only was the counter closed without explanation, but the staff member’s behaviour was rude, dismissive and humiliating.nnCustomers deserve courtesy and accurate information, not to be shouted at and made to feel like an inconvenience.nnVery disappointing experience, and I hope management take action to ensure both opening times and customer service improve.
I had a very bad experience collecting a package from this post office. Staff members Lacy and Kumar were particularly unhelpful. When I went to collect my parcel, they were unable to find it, despite the Royal Mail tracking page showing that it had been delivered several days earlier and was ready for collection.nnAt one point, while we were waiting and being told that our package was still being looked for, I overheard one colleague say to another over the headset, “Have you found it yet? No, they haven’t left — they’re still waiting for you to come back.” We were repeatedly told to come back in three days and that the package might “turn up” then. We were even discouraged from returning the next day to speak to the manager, despite that being the suggestion they initially offered.nnI would not recommend using this post office service.
