Ridiculous opening hours. If you arrive at 9am on a Saturday, you'll be queuing for the best part of the 1 hour opening time to get your parcel!

Impossible for me to pick up my parcels because the place is only open from 9am-10am. The people that employed these staff need to hire new people who actually answer the phone. On my 9th try already. NOT HAPPY!

Delivery office opening hours are between 9.00am-10.00am. I had a wedding present returned to Canada because I was unable to get to Ongar during these hours, and no-one answers the phone when you try to call. I tried to organise a re-delivery online after no luck on the phone, only to be told that it was now past the 're-delivery' stage and to contact the Deliver Office. I had to contact Royal Mail complaints / customer services for them to tell me it was my fault for not contacting their complaints department sooner?! Ridiculously poor service.

Open between 09:00 and 10:00 on weekdays - the precise time slot which is most inconvenient for 99% of people with a job.
