Fed up with this PO. It's awful for banking, when it is open. This time they have cheque deposit envelopes and don't know when they will arrive! Note to self - go elsewhere
My local post office was closed due to lack of trained staff, so took some pre paid items here instead. The person serving did not seem to know what he was doing and at first refused to stamp the proof of postage slips. I am guessing he was also the owner, as he went off on a rant about how the post office was not paying enough for each item, and would not pay him anything for one of the parcels I had taken in to post, which is terrible customer service attitude and an issue he should be taking up with the post office and not his customers. His licence to run the post office should also be removed. I will not be returning to this branch.
This post office is never open when it should be. The times change all the time. The worst post office in England!!!
