I have been trying to get a hold of a manager for weeks now but have been put to different departments to try and sort out my mail for my house my house is known as 59 or 59b but all my mail goes to 59A even my old passport which has my bate of birth and place of birth which is all you need for identity fraud was posted to 59A which they have big letters 59A so I don't under stand why mail for 59 or 59b goes to 59A totally different number so please explain why a different number gets a totally different number through there door. I just want to know why but they will not let me know why???????
