Worst customer experiences here. Staff are extremely rude and clearly don't value their customers. I've spent a lot of money over the last year here sending presents for special occasions to loved ones overseas to be spoilt by being treated badly by several staff members. I'll be driving to Dunfermline to post my next parcel... Not spending a penny more here. I really don't recommend this place

very friendly service they except parcels on sunday as well but post on monday i dont have any problem in this shop

My wife slipped and fell on the wet tiled floor and hurt herself. Nobody seemed to care how she was,and no accident report was filled out. There were no cones to warn people that the floor was wet.
