Royal mail is awful. I’m really sad with its service. I even don’t know where is my parcel, and no one didn’t give me an explicit answer.
This is the last time when I'm using any of Royal Mails services. I've went to 5 different branches with printing label option on their website that couldn't print a Click and Drop label which expires in 3 days. 5 stars are for the help and empathy I've received at this branch!!
