The staff are great - helpful friendly, no complaints. However, the number of hours that the office opens each day is ridiculously low. Most days, it's just 8-10am....hopeless for anyone who works...impossible if you also work Saturdays. The redelivery option is no solution - I'm still at work!
Poor . Despite facility to nominate a safe space for delivery it always gets ignored and parcel taken back to sorting office. Now the sorting office is only open 8am-10am Mon-Frid . Either stand by the process on your Website for leaving parcels or get rid of it so we know you will never drop off a parcel . Make the colllextion times at sorting Office longer so people can access their parcels. In too if this I have had to deliver 3 other houses post through their letterboxes today as it all gets pushed through my letter box. If I could mark it less than 1 star I would
The website said open from 8am-2pm but there's a sign on the door saying new time 8am-10am. So basically if you want to collect your parcel you need to take time off work, I wasted time by turning up at 11am as the website needs updating.
Everytime I go into the yard I'm feel so embarrassed, some of the vans are disgusting and old. For a company that is supposed to represent the Crown you should be ashamed
Deliveries used to be very good with Kevin as our regular postman but over the last few weeks it has got a lot worse . Post is becoming so unreliable that shopping online is a Lottery . Post is either late or never arrives . Hermes Evri and Amazon FAR more reliable.....
Arrived at 1.30pm closed. Times are wrong they are only open from 8am to 10am now.
I would like to compliment Sam who works in the depot customer service office. He helped me sort out a problem with our post that was being held at the depot. He went out of his way to ensure our post was kept as we had moved out of our old house and keepsafe system was not working. Big thank you Sam.

My one star is for the management who change the times but don't update the website. Again. The actual staff on the counter are marvellous.
