My local postman said to me that my parcel was delivered to another address by mistake. Spoke to Royal mail customer services a few times and they have told me that they could not help in anyway! Also, sent a letter to my local Delivery Office Manager...no response! Trying to avoid them as much as I can now! No even buying their home insurance again! I am very disappointed with their service!
I'm fuming and quite annoyed with Royal mail I have spent an hour plus on the phone trying to talk to a human being without any luck. The problem I have is my address is the same as another within my area, I have missed urgent hospital appointments and parcels because the postpeople can't be bothered to look at the correct postcode. I have to go to the other address to collect my mail also there's another door which has A added on. Wake up Royal mail give me my mail!!!!!
Only open 8-10 weekdays, hardly helpful - That said the staff were very helpful.
I'm usually not the one to post bad comments but this time I've had enough. We are constantly having problems with Royal Mail drivers not delivering our parcels properly. They don't call, don't knock. Just leave note in the post without tracking number! This happened multiple times when me and my partner are both home! I'm so fed up with this. We have a safe place set on the app as well. No one is leaving our parcels there! Please does anyone have any ideas how to solve this issue?
Always very helpful staff. I missed a delivery on Christmas Eve and the red card said wait 24 hours. However I then received an email saying my parcel was ready if I wanted to collect earlier. A lady in the sorting office explained she had processed all the missed deliveries so people got their items in time for Christmas. Very much appreciated - thank you.
Many times they don't knock on the door or don't ring the bell when I'm at home, they just throw the card in the mailbox and leave without trying to deliver my parcel, once I caught them doing this and I ran after him , he was so embarrassed giving me a lot of unreasonable explanations, I don't have time to go to the post office to pick up what I paid to be delivered! I'm putting cameras on my door today because it happens constantly
Always been so friendly and helpful. But why WHY the short hours and no late times how can I pick up my parcel when it's 9 to 2 please sort later times so I can pick up later or open really early please help us people who work to
When are they open? roll a dice and find out. Google doesn't know, their own posted opening times don't know. Totally useless if you have a working schedule anywhere near 7-18:00 prob a great service if you just happen to be waltzing past on a whim with your little red slip.
The opening times on Google are wrong. It says 7pm so I went there after work - closed at 6.30. Please update these as it wastes so much time having to keep going back to send a parcel. Not enough post offices provide the ‘print a label’ option.
Would be great if they stopped blocking the disabled bays outside the Post office. Consider the people who need those bays and pay for the privilege via the Blue Badge scheme. The attitude shown by Royal Mail drivers stinks.
