The service of the postmistress and all the other staff were so helpful with taking my passport photo and sorting it all out for me. They went above and beyond the call of duty and they are always so helpful in this post office. Thank you.
Visited on a Saturday morning for a Photo Driving licence renewal. There was no queue. Presented DVLA paperwork and old Photo licence. Asked for new photo to be taken. The assistant looked at the paperwork as if she had never come across a photo licence renewal, she asked a colleague if she could take a photo. The colleague said "make him come back on a week day", checked behind me, there was still no queue. Either the assistant was not trained to take a photo or your Saturday staff just don't want to do the job they are paid for.
Excellent service and truly remarkable staff. Especially Toula. I sent some gifts to my family in South Africa just before Christmas.... the post office gave me the customs forms to fill in prior to posting. On the day they worked efficiently to process the packages and send them as one shipment to South Africa. They found me the most cost effective way to do this and made sure that all paperwork was in order so the packages had the the best chance of arriving safely at the destination. The staff I dealt with were so polite; friendly and professional. I hope their managers see this post and give them a raise! It is so rare these days to encounter such high standards of service. Ps... all packages arrived safely and my family enjoyed their gifts. Thank you. x
The middle aged blond lady with glasses was very bitter and rude and when I asked for my letter to be sent first class she didn’t give me a choice of which one I wanted and chose the most expensive option which was almost £7, just for a letter. So i asked for the cheaper option and she tried scaring me saying it will get lost if I chose that option and that it’s better to get the £7 option to ensure it gets where it needs to go. I argued that I wanted just the first class stamp but she still tried persuading me to buy the most expensive one so I ended up leaving and taking my letter elsewhere.
I'd just like to say the lady who works in this post office who reopened her till to send my two orange parcels is wonderful, almost unprecedented in this modern world. I had come to post some stuff and forgotten my phone with the addresses on. I got a taxi back home and back to the post office on a Saturday and she helped me above and beyond the call of duty. While I'm at it I regularly use this post office and the manager lady also is very very good, she stopped in her way out the building to give me advice. Absolutely top notch customer service girl's
I had an issue with unpaid car tax and was helped by Dawn - she was efficient and knowledgable and result was that tax issue was resolved! Great relief and great service!
Professional helpful staff. Had to get driving licences renewed and the lady was helpful completed the application from start to finish and photos for £21.
Very helpful team! I usually use the post office for personal use. The drop and go service is excellent. It give me the option to drop my items when I'm in a rush. Whenever I have any questions the team are always willing to help. I will now be using them for future business postage.
This is one of the worst post office. They are never trading the full hours from 9 to 5. Always closed early around 3 clock. Big queues and very slow staff acting like they work for the Bank of England.
