The wrong post code was put on my letter, which had very important items inside. The staff were amazing! They located the letter and went well out their way to help me today. So grateful!
Absolutely disgusted with Royal Mail and taking things further they have committed fraud signing my signature in a parcel I never received to be told it was delivered to sc tiling and will get it next day we’ll 3 days later now told 10 days before I can even claim and have actually visited the house sit was “delivered “ to who was NOT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY so this is n another lie Royal Mail are employing theifs who commit fraud aswell I have now lost out money and I’m extremely unhappy posting this every where now to warn others how untrustworthy Royal Mail are my parcel needed to be kept in the fridge it’s no good now. Absolute disgrace of a company can’t believe they have done this to be honest I will be contacting legal help today
Horrible attitude from the manager on crutches, no wonder the staff are everywhere, security is not good around the door by the unused smoking shelter.someone needs managing out and a continuous improvement manager needs to be appointed to address issues.nThere have been issues recently with Mail not delivered on time or undelivered you can clearly see why when looking at sites like this.nnAnd clear your smelly fag ends up the public need to walk through them dirty filthy
Why is it so difficult for you to deliver a parcel it's been at you sorting office for 3 weeks. Get a grip
Easy collection and great service. Keeping 4 stars as it's not easy to get in/out during shift changes due to narrow roads. It's easy to get stuck for 20min trying to get out.
