Wish I could give no stars!! My parcel was delivered on 9th May to a business about 20 doors down and on the opposite side of the road! After walking up and down I found the business from the delivery photo. They said they had ran after the driver and given our parcel back because it was the wrong address. I am still yet to receive this parcel! Its impossible to speak to a human at Evri! Apparently they get in touch within 24 hours yet I am still waiting. Shocking!!!!

I would give this place a zero if I could!nnAbsolutely appalling customer service from Evri, which clearly hasn’t improved since changing its name from Hermes….nnI recently sold a pair of trainers on eBay & thanks to their authentication system, assumed I had nothing to worry about. That’s where Evri come in! After shipping the package, it made its way to the eBay authenticator via the Evri depot in Hemel Hempstead.nnWhilst there, one of their thieving employees has opened the package, removed the shoe box and trainers, and replaced them with a beige, linen, H&M jacket! To rub salt in the wound, eBay then received said jacket, failed the authentication, and then sent the atrocious item of clothing back to ME!nnSo, not only have I lost out on the sale of the trainers, and the trainers themselves, but I was then left with a cheap linen jacket!nnThis has been reported to Evri on approximately 8 occasions and absolutely nothing has been done about it!nnSurely it can’t be that difficult to check the cctv footage of a certain time & date to monitor the journey of a tracked parcel? Surely they can simply narrow down which trailer this incident of theft occurred in?!nnI will do everything in my power to never use any. Company that uses Evri as its courier service, and I’ll make sure as many people as possible are aware of not only their terrible customer service rude, arrogant delivery drivers but that they employ thieves and do absolutely nothing about it!nnDisgrace of a company,

Hi, Every One, I am New Evri Customer of Corporate Account, Giving Business of 300 parcels a week to EVRI, I had been told my parcels collection will be done at 3:45pm later than every day because of traffic. I said OK I will wait, Its 6:30pm now, i am Keeping this review. Finally 6:30pm i got message that they can not collect today. They do not have drivers to collect the parcels from their customers, Very bad service !! there is nothing like customer service ! even account manager never pick up the call or answer emails when its urgency !! Called 9 times and 5 emails,  Finally i called area manager same thing repeat. Keep it up.nPlaning to quite this company. Never go for EVRI its faithful advise.

Members of staff are dismissive and discriminatory.nIf you have disabilities, please do not work there as you will be bullied in your employment.

Thieving courier drivers always stealing the parcels never have a problem with royal mail or DPD only this company
