I'm waiting for my Parcel from Poland. In system is Delivered. We was at home this days. After 2 calls for Customer Services lady says My Parcel is Delivered for Different address and I Have to wait again 3 days . If Parcel didn't come to my home I have to claim again... that's is terrible.. someone stolen my Parcel??
Four weeks into a very poor delivery service for CO3 3QU . We subscribe to Radio Times but currently having to buy from a shop as they are not delivered until the RT is out of date. It seems to be particularly bad in our locality-
Asked for a package to be delivered on a Wednesday as I knew I wouldn’t be home on the Tuesday. They tried on the Tuesday anyway because why WOULD you listen? and lo and behold…I wasn’t in. I now have traipse to their sorting office yo pick it up. Hoping they will be open…last time I got there I found they were closed due to ‘technical difficulties.’ When did this company become so incompetent?
Very unprofessional staff at reception. The lady who worked today 15/02/2023 at 16:05 unfortunately I haven’t seen her badge she was very rude and very aggressive when I wanted to pick up my parcel. Racism is not acceptable!
I couldn't believe what I experienced today. I chose my parcel to be delivered in different post office, but got a post card left and an email saying It's available for collection from moorside royal mail. I thought that's great, let's go to check if I could take it from there! Mature gentleman checked on a system and told me that I chose to be delivered in another post office, I was about to explain why I came here, as it must be just system mistake , he interrupted me by saying I DONT CARE. I just left with no words. What is going on?
Colchester delivery office incapable of delivering on time. I post ,often to various parts of UK ,post same items same day and even tho Colchester is in the same county as me they never deliver items on time even tho I pay for first class Whilst items posted to other parts of UK arrive on time. ?!?!?!?
got a £175 fine for not returning an item colchester royal mail delivered to someone else...AND TOOK A PHOTO OF SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY!!!!!!
Very poor lost my parcrel no could care its lost report and get back to you in 72 hours with a report was not scanded on the van meaning it has been stolen turn up when they fill like it and open moorside when they can be bothered
Me and my friend came in a few minutes ago to enquire about where her parcel was, since it didn’t arrive it was for next day delivery specifically, as she wont be at the address for a week. Due to this we just wanted to enquire if this collection point had her parcel or not. The woman at the desk went to the back to speak to her colleague about our issue, then a lady with red hair in a ponytail came storming through, in a hostile tone, borderline shouting and was exceptionally rude. We were both taken aback from this tone since we were polite and respectful, and expected the same back as customers. We got no advice whatsoever, apart from the excuse of “Royal Mail have been on strike” repeatedly. This we understand, but other people who have purchased on the same day as us have already received their parcel today! We did not wish to be dismissed and shouted at. We were hoping to see Becky as she is the only worker who has been understanding and speaks to customers humanely and actually helped with our last enquiry.
Had an amazing experience with dropping of an exchange item at this office. The staff Carol, Lewis and Paul did everything possible to ensure the best customer service.
