Used to be terrible service with umpteen letters being pushed through my door addressed to other people and vice versa and afternoon delivery...has improved of late...Pls give Waterloo Drive a permanent postie as people doing it ad hoc do not care as much about service..FACT

This building is the main "sorting" post office for Banbury and as such is a warehouse. You can collect your parcels or drop off your post but this is a secondary service it is not really set up for public / customer access. There is very limited car parking and a very small collection office and sometimes a wait. The staff however are very courteous and efficient.
