Since the PO moved to WHSmith, I’ve found it to be a complete shambles. Fewer staff, self check outs unmanned or turned off to make customers go to the main desks, staff sending people to the long queue to avoid building queues up by the machines only to then be brought back down there again because they haven’t been seen to. The personal touch that the original PO used to have has gone, and I’ve seen many people walk out & go elsewhere. Afternoons are pretty quiet but mornings and weekends are very, very busy - and I think that there needs to be more serving desks, and at least one member of staff on the floor helping customers - particularly at the busiest times.

went to PO on Monday to collect parcel from parcel force, and it was not there, although parcel force txt me many times I had to collect it from there. Staff very nice and said would call me next day ...still waiting Why is there no Telephone No on website for all Post Offices in Banbury??

Busy Saturday morning and only 2 people serving. I've seen so many people leave the queue already and this is my 2nd time in a queue as I walked out after 15 minutes the first time and Ive waited again for over 20 minutes. I know it's not the staffs fault but this is out of order as there should be more staff especially on a Saturday morning!!!
